Logistics

All wholesale shipments move by air freight via DHL Express or FedEx International Priority, with real-time tracking. Typical transit times:

Wholesale ordering — what buyers ask

Our standard MOQ is 50 plants per shipment for mixed-variety retail and e-commerce orders. Nursery and landscape wholesale programs typically start at 500 pieces to optimise the per-unit air-freight cost. Collector orders of 10+ hand-selected specimens can be arranged separately.
Unit price depends on size tier: plug-tray starts begin around $0.50, while museum-grade old-stalk specimens run up to $30+. We quote a per-variety, per-size price sheet once you share your target list and quantities — there is no single flat price across all 117 varieties.
We photograph every shipment before it leaves our facility. If more than 3% of a shipment arrives dead or unsellable, send photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will credit or replace the affected units on your next order.
Orders from current stock ship within 3–7 business days of confirmed payment. Air-freight transit is typically 5–10 business days depending on destination. Total lead time from RFQ to delivery is usually 2–3 weeks.
