Order Minimums & Quotation

From single specimens to full wholesale

Unit price varies by size tier — from small plug-tray starts to exhibition-grade old-stalk specimens. Share your target list and quantities and we'll send a per-variety, per-size quote.

Order Tiers
  • Collector orders: 10 specimens
  • Retail / e-commerce: 50 plants
  • Nursery / landscape: 500 plants
Aeonium
120 varieties

Across all size tiers, from plug tray to XL exhibition specimen. Quoted per variety and size on request.

Echeveria
353 varieties

Across all size tiers, from 90-cell plug to large potted specimen. Quoted per variety and size on request.

Payment & terms: we quote in USD. Payment methods and terms are confirmed together with your quotation — typically a deposit to begin production, with the balance settled before shipment.

Fair Shipping Policy

You only pay the actual shipping weight

Export succulents are stripped of soil, washed, and air-dried for 2–4 days before packing, so the final box weight can't be known precisely at quoting time. Here's how we keep it fair:

  1. Estimate first. Your Proforma Invoice includes an estimated shipping fee based on our historical data for similar orders.
  2. Weigh on camera. Once your order is packed, we photograph the sealed box on the scale and send you the photo with the exact weight.
  3. Settle the difference. If actual shipping costs less than estimated, we refund the difference within 24 hours (or credit your next order — your choice). If it costs more, we send a payment link for the difference before dispatch.

Every shipment includes an official Phytosanitary Certificate issued by China Customs (GACC). A certificate fee of $50 USD applies to orders under $800 USD; it is free for orders over $800 USD. Commercial Invoice and Packing List are always included at no charge.

48-hour DOA policy

Inspect your plants on arrival. If any arrive rotten or dead, send clear photos within 48 hours of delivery — we verify against our pre-shipment photo records and credit or replace the affected plants on your next order.

Normal and not covered: slight colour fading in transit, loss of 1–2 bottom leaves, and minor wrinkling from dehydration. Bare-root plants consume their lower leaves to stay alive in the box — they recover within weeks of potting. Customs delays caused by missing buyer-side import permits are also not covered.

Good to Know

Colour changes with season

Succulent colours change with season, light, and temperature. Photos on our product pages show plants at their seasonal peak (typically October–April in Kunming). Summer shipments may arrive greener — this is normal, and colour returns with cool nights and strong light. We always photograph your actual plants before dispatch.

Common Questions

How to order — what buyers ask

Our standard MOQ is 50 plants per shipment for mixed-variety retail and e-commerce orders. Nursery and landscape wholesale programs typically start at 500 pieces to optimise the per-unit air-freight cost. Collector orders are a separate, smaller category — 10+ hand-selected specimens per shipment, independent of the standard 50-plant MOQ.
Unit price depends on size tier, from plug-tray starts up to exhibition-grade old-stalk specimens. We quote a per-variety, per-size price sheet once you share your target list and quantities — there is no single flat price across all 485 varieties.
